Anthony R. Segura is a life-long resident of Fort Bend
County. Mr. Segura has been licensed to practice law in the State of
Texas since 1994. During that time he litigated cases in both state
and federal courts. He is an experienced trial and appellate attorney.
Mr. Segura devotes his practice to the defense of individuals charged with
DWI / DUI and other intoxication offenses. As a skilled drunk driving
attorney, Mr. Segura offers complete DWI representation. He represents
clients before state and administrative tribunals and assists clients in
obtaining an occupational driver’s license.
Mr. Segura is trained to administer the standardized field sobriety tests
in accordance with standards established by the National Highway Traffic
Safety Administration (NHTSA). This is the same training that police
officers receive. He is also knowledgeable and experienced with respect to
breath testing instrumentation and procedures.
